The point is to reach a consensus before the time runs out. Right now it's set to 5 days for daytime. If noone has majority votes by then, the person who has the most gets booted. If there's a tie, the person who had the most votes the longest gets booted. It's in everyone's interest to reach a consensus or else you may be the one gets booted.

I might replace him if he doesn't. If you vote von instead she would be eliminated since she was the first to 4 votes.

Orihime was first to get 3 and Ulquiorra was second to get 3. If I unvote Orihime and revote Orihime, they they would both still be 3 but Ulquiorra would be first to get booted, right?

I only said you would be first if anyone changes their vote to you. And no, Orihime would still be in the lead even if you mess with the vote system because she was still first to get 3. :/

New rule: The lead person only changes if you switch votes.

So for example: you unvote orihime and vote someone else. Everyone must have an active vote cast btw.
