| Help! I may order a tablet tomorrow or Friday. Please recommend me something (even better if you can find a good deal) as I know nothing about tablets. I'm not an ace artist or something so I'm not gonna spend more than $150 on it. I'm looking for something medium-large (not small please) and rigid so that I can use it on my bed without it cracking. And a good brand is always good. Any tips on shopping for a tablet is also helpful. Thanks |

| I got them at Best Buy too But ew, don't get those high prices that Mono posted D: Like, those are good, but if you want to just draw and paint with a pen, go for the Bamboo Pen, which costs around $50-$70 depending of where you buy it: Wacom Bamboo PenNow, if you want the function of pen, and the ability to touch the tablet with your fingers (like, it is more comfortable to move around, zoom, scroll, and use all the functions the touch function allows you to. Very comfortable if you don't want to move back and forth from pen and mouse). So, if you want the pen and touch, then go from the Bamboo Pen & Touch (the one I have). It includes Photoshop 8, so it's a very good kit. It's normally around $100: Wacom Bamboo Pen & TouchIf you don't give a crap about the touch function or PS8, then go for the Bamboo Pen. It's cheap, and it's very good. Lakers - Ummm, it's sorta the same... but you just draw on them like paper. You can do the same effects, you just have to do get used to it. They're very cool :] |

| I wanted the one where you can see the screen but it's a thousand bucks. >_< How is it working with the smaller one, mono? |

| Ahh, the pen looks very appealing. I don't really need the touch screen. What's the difference between the pen and touch vs the bamboo fun?
Can I use the pen as a mouse to play games (like a flash game where you pop bubbles for instance)? |

| They're practically the same thing, the Pen and Craft, just that one costs more. Now, the Pen and Touch comes way better if you compare it to the Fun. Idk, it's just small details that are different, but truly, they're just the same =/ And yes The pen can be your entirely new mouse if you wish, lol. |

| most tablets, including bamboo fun include a MOUSE, the pad on which you draw on becomes the mouse pad. they also come w/ some type of photoshop program. mine came w/ PS 7 elements. and lol lakers. |

| LOL lakers Wacom tends to be the brand to stick with. I've also heard good things about Genius brand - apparently the pen nibs are more realistic and the tablet is more sensitive, but I went with Wacom because there's a lot of support online for it, and it's pretty much industry standard. The Bamboo is THE tablet for beginners - my gf has one and she loves it, although I personally find the nib to be too hard. I'm not sure if they come with different nibs? In short, if you wanna draw on the computer, get a bamboo. They can come pretty cheap second hand as well. |

| yes yes
basically what will happen is, all your stuff on LBP1 WILL and SHOULD sync on LBP2. so all your levels, costumes and objects will be transfered for LBP2. so in reality LBP2 is like a SUPER update or DLC for LBP1. XD
so nova go get LBP2 coz pocky is doing thesame. >:/ |

But you have to unlock them first with LBP1, no? If I like it, then I'll get 2, so help me like it. |

| yeah, lbp 1 and 2 are connected. that's why I sad it's more like a large DLC. but ofcourse it is a game on it's own too. I really think LBP2 is more woth your money.
and Im not sure how it works von lol. XD |

| OHHH, OK. If that's the case (on what Mono and Von said), and if you can play with LBP1 people through LBP2, then yes Nova, give your wallet LBP1 ;D We'll help you LOVE it, then you'll crave for a number 2 |
