Okay, updating the rules a bit. You can vote and unvote multiple times by using the following methods:
vote person's name
unvote person's name

Once one person has been voted for by 5 people they are eliminated.

:O So we can unvote people now?

culdy why don't u set up a poll and just have it close at a certain time? maybe easier than u keepin track of votes manually and gives you a hard cut off time.
plus ppl can start throwing their theories at each other in the voting threads.
then you can save a main story thread that only has updates on the story (who was murdered, who was saved, who is still alive, etc) to keep it clean.

I agree with the cut off time. People need to know who voted for who for who though so I dont think we should have a poll.

I think Drooly's idea is great. That way people can't point fingers at who-who is the Mafia, etc.

pointing fingers is part of the strategy though

maybe just keep a thread for voting and one for story. it's gonna get unmanageable soon.

But we WANT to point fingers.

I think the poll can still work as long as people post each time they vote or change their vote. then the players can go back and read the accusations and culd doesnt have to plow through a ton of posts That go back and forth. what do u guys think?

I figure as long as I keep track of the bold portions of the post I should be able to keep track. There aren't too many posts so far and if it gets unmanageable I'll change it. I'm only going to count the votes and unvotes that are formatted the way I specified so I'll look for those.

I will only count the votes if they are in bold! So far it's 2 for von and one for mono.

Make it bold and red so you can see it better.

Good idea! I'll add that to the rules. Votes will be bold and red and unvotes will be bold and blue. It won't be retroactive so votes already in bold before the rule change still count.
