I'll start. After a busy week of moving and a certain clan forming, I went out today and had a light jog. I plan to do the ab/core workout from P90X later tonight.

Yay Vin! I was actually thinking about having some kind of official workout thing, but I come home so exhausted from work haha. Maybe I'll just buy wii fit lololol

I walked from the couch to the computer today

Same, except replace couch with bed.

Jogged in the park today. I love this city! And now I get to be one of those shirtless guys showing off.

LOL, Vin. Hopefully I can get some basketball practice on Friday after my exam is over. It's been so long since I shot a basketball. If I don't get my practice in, negative kudo this post.

Hey guys! Med school orientation has been good so far. I've met a lot of nice people.

Anyway, today was a chest workout (a bunch of push-ups) and abs. I'm slowly getting back into these workouts! I didn't realize how tough they were until I took a break and came back to them, haha.

Sorry I haven't been around lately. Med school orientation is going great, though!

I know drooly (or was it Prime? ) said it was really inspiring to see me post here so I'll try to keep it up - but sometimes I exercise and then I forget to update here! Haha!

Anyway, I'm trying to do weights or cardio every other day and abs/core every other day. I definitely try to keep the abs/core schedule, but I don't always allow a full hour of my day for weights or cardio. Still, as long as I work out fairly regularly, I think I can improve my fitness level over time.

people who wear perfume/cologne to the gym and get the smell on all the machines need to be slapped

doesn't even make sense as to why one would wear it in the gym
