My quick tip:
If you publish your video and after you've waited a while, the little robot guy comes up and says that the video is coming and it takes a little longer because it's higher quality, and press reload, try clicking on Remix, and Publish it again. Mine was still getting that message after several hours, so I did Remix+Publish it again and voila
