This makes me hungry
Oh, and I hung out with this Filipino friend of mine at his house the other day, and OH MY GOD FILIPINO FOOD IS DELICIOUS. His mom served this delicious ramen (or noodles, it wasn't in a broth?), where they added chicharron and sliced whole eggs to it. As a side, a never ending supply of lumpia. I died
Do any Filipinos know what the name of that ramen/noodles/dish is btw?

The Pancit Canton - Kalamansi wasn't bad at all. I actually expected more of a weird taste, but it was kinda plain. I added a little green onion and black pepper to add some kick, but it still wasn't enough. I would've liked to add a squeeze of lemon and a hard boiled egg. I think that would've made it a nice small meal, but then it would simply taste like regular homemade pancit. Those Pancit Canton packets are super small. I downed it in like three bites. Oh well, I will be trying the other flavors in the near future.

I don't really have a favorite just yet. I'm a taste whore so I'm always trying what else is available. But if I had to buy a multi-pack of one flavor, I would go with the Paldo Stirfried Kimchi.
It comes with a neat little packet of kimchi and has a nice level of spicyness. Sometimes I add stuff to my noodles like seaweed, mushrooms, egg, etc.; this is a good noodle to do that to.
(This guy's name is Prickle. I always laugh when I think about it.)
