Definitions

lose [verb] - to retain from getting something or be deprived of success (or something)
loose [adjective]- not tight or fixed in place

Examples
Lose
Jzg will lose to seven in UMvC3
You are going to lose against me in Call of Duty

Loose
Laker's apron is loose
Laker's kid has a loose shoelace
