| i blended non-fat Fage greek yogurt (plain, about 1/2 cup) with one very very very ripe banana and some vanilla extract. put it back in the fridge to set and it came out delicious! like a tart banana custard. I think the greek yogurt is key, because it's so thick and very creamy. it's also got a ton of protein (20g in a cup) in it so i think this is a good snack it's still 160 calories but way more nutritious than pudding (which is what I was craving when i made this). |

| i did clone clone suggested using yogurt from cows that are grass fed, i cannot wait to try it. clone always makes everything better :blush1: |
