Well to answer your questions, it doesn't matter how much you drink since it doesn't actually store the pee. It's pretty much just a funnel. Second, underwear or no underwear makes no difference either. As for the last question, I'm afraid modern science hasn't solved the poo problem.

It's a funnel? That sounds messy Can you attach a hose to the other end? That would make it much more accurate
